In 2016, there have been many emergencies such as the refugee crisis in Europe, and the numerous natural disasters that occurred worldwide. We are trying our best to respond to these emergencies but are still facing difficult situations. The Democratic Republic of Congo, which has been embroiled in conflict, has undeveloped social infrastructures including poor medical system. In addition, DRC is one of the country in the world with the highest maternal and neonatal mortality rate, hence the importance of immediate help regarding the sexual and reproductive health and rights.

In order to be more active and accurate in this global context, we will be holding a charity event “Doctors of the World Christmas Charity Draw 2016” thanks to our sponsors.

How to participate:
Anybody who is making a donation of JPY5, 000 or more from November 28th to December 20th will be eligible to participate. (Each JPY5, 000 donation entitles to one charity draw, e.g. JPY30, 000 → 6 chances to win!)
